KUCCPS Opens KMTC Application Portal for September 2024 Intake

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has officially opened its application portal for the September 2024 intake at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC). The application deadline is set for June 21, 2024.

   • Click on “KMTC Programmes” to view the available courses and their minimum requirements.

4. Enter Programme Codes:
   • Once you have chosen your preferred courses, enter the Programme Codes in the provided form.
   • Arrange the programme codes in order of preference, from the most preferred (No. 1) to the least preferred (No. 4).
5. Submit Application:
   • After entering the codes, allow the system to fetch all the programme details.
   • Click the “KMTC Application” tab and then “Apply Now”.
   • Click “Submit”.
6. Payment:
   • Upon submitting the application, you will need to pay an application fee of Sh1,500. The portal will display payment instructions.
   • If you are a returning applicant from the previous KMTC application, use your previous Payment Reference Code.

Payment Procedure

For first-time applicants:

• After clicking “Submit” on the online application form, a pop-up with a “Click Here to Pay” link will appear.
• Click the link to access eCitizen payment instructions.
• Select your preferred payment method and proceed to pay.
• For M-PESA, use the Business Number (222222), enter the Payment Reference Code, and the required amount.

After payment:

• Return to the application window and use the eCitizen Payment Reference Code to submit your application.
• Do not use the M-PESA transaction code.
• Retain the Reference Code for any future changes to your application.

Final Steps

Once the payment and submission are complete, the system will display a confirmation message indicating that the application was successful. Applicants are advised to retain all payment reference details for any subsequent changes.
